We are a total service electronics company. We take your idea or concept and work with you to specify the functions, markets, price and compliance requirements and then design the product to suit your exact needs whilst suggesting other features to future proof your idea.
OUR BUSINESS
When your idea is ready to go into production, we supply prototypes and scale production to make them. All in house.
And if it needs service in the future, or end of life recycling, we do that too. Cradle to grave.
Its like having an entire electronics department embedded in your company without the cost overheads, hassle and technical gobbledygook.
We have been doing this for 20 years and we are good at what we do otherwise we would not have such long standing relationships. We are still making and developing products for our first customer from 2003.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITY
Our development team has been together for a long time. We know each other's strengths and design in a collaborative way.
We design products with ease and cost to manufacture at the forefront of our thinking because it reduces the customers price and well designed products are a pleasure to make for our manufacturing team. Staff wellbeing is our highest priority at eSource.
We have very low staff turnover and that translates to the highest quality products. Our staff want to make the best electronics and as such that starts with the design.
It’s a closed loop unlike using one company to design the product and another to make it. It all happens here in New Zealand.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
We have invested in new SMD and through hole automation in recent years.
Our Juki RS1R placement machine can place tiny resistors and large connectors and everything in between very quickly. We have soldering robots and a wave solder machine.
We assemble our products into our customers' housings, if required, so they receive a tested and ready-to-install product that requires no quality checks at their end.
If it needs servicing in the future we do that under our warranty and we can break up old products for recycling. It’s the total package here at eSource.
